Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise (i.e. preorder or back-order items may take longer to ship, please read product descriptions before ordering). Once you order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update. Once the package has left the facility, Celestial is no longer responsible for the package. It is then a liability to the shipping carrier that has been chosen by the customer.
